Service Description

Treatment Overview Our Ageing Skin Care Consultation is a comprehensive, medically led appointment designed to assess the skin changes associated with ageing and create a personalised plan to support skin health, strength and long-term quality. Rather than focusing on isolated wrinkles, this consultation looks at the skin as a whole — addressing texture, tone, firmness and barrier function. This service is ideal if you want to age well, maintain natural-looking skin, or feel unsure which treatments or products are genuinely appropriate for you. Who Is This Consultation For? This consultation is suitable if you are experiencing: • Fine lines or wrinkles • Loss of firmness or elasticity • Dull, tired or uneven skin tone • Sun damage or pigmentation • Thinning or fragile skin • Increased dryness or sensitivity • Age-related changes to skin texture It is also suitable if you are considering aesthetic treatments and want a clear, clinically guided plan before proceeding. What Does It Involve? During your consultation, we will: • Take a full skin and medical history • Assess skin quality, ageing pattern and concerns • Review current skincare and lifestyle factors • Identify barrier impairment or inflammation • Discuss evidence-based skincare and treatment options You will receive a tailored plan focused on improving skin function and appearance while maintaining natural, healthy results. Skincare & Treatment Planning Your personalised plan may include medical-grade skincare recommendations using professional ranges such as ZO® Skin Health, Obagi Medical or Medik8, selected based on your skin type, tolerance and goals. Where appropriate, in-clinic treatments may be discussed to support collagen stimulation and skin regeneration. The emphasis is on prevention, maintenance and gradual improvement — not over-treatment. Appointment Details Appointment length: approximately 30 minutes Treatment provided: consultation only (no obligation to proceed with treatment) Results & Expectations Improvements in skin quality occur progressively. With consistent skincare and appropriate treatments, most clients notice visible improvements in texture, brightness and resilience over several weeks to months. Clinical Standards All consultations are delivered by an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and follow UK clinical guidelines and professional standards. Recommendations are evidence-based and tailored to ensure safety, suitability and long-term skin health.
