A Full Facial Consultation is ideal if you are unsure what you need, don’t know where to begin, or simply want professional guidance before choosing a treatment. This consultation allows us to identify where volume, structure or skin quality needs support for a softer, rejuvenated appearance. Beautification & Contouring for Younger Patients For clients in their 20s and 30s, the aim is often refinement rather than anti-ageing. We assess the cheeks, lips, chin and jawline together to enhance symmetry, create flattering facial shape, and define features proportionately. Tailored, Medical-Grade Guidance Your face is unique. We consider your goals, facial structure, lifestyle and natural aesthetics to create a bespoke plan that delivers elegant, subtle enhancement rather than change. What to Expect Your practitioner will review each facial layer — skin quality, superficial fat, deep fat and bone structure — to understand what contributes to your concerns. We also discuss skincare, lifestyle and long-term maintenance. Treatment Options Explained Clearly You’ll receive honest, professional advice on what may benefit you, including dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, anti-wrinkle treatments or evidence-based skincare. Same-Day Treatment Available If you wish to proceed immediately, treatment can usually be carried out after your consultation. Please book a 90-minute appointment to allow adequate time for both stages. A Personalised, Long-Term Plan Your plan may include staged treatments over several months to achieve natural, gradual improvement without looking overdone. Consultation fee will be deducted from any treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Online Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At The Nurse Practitioner Clinic, we aim to provide a professional and reliable service for all patients. Please read our booking policy carefully before making an appointment, as by booking you agree to the terms below. Booking Appointments Appointments can be booked online from 24 hours in advance. If you wish to book within 24 hours, please call the clinic directly to check availability. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are only confirmed once this deposit has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. To protect our time and ensure fairness to all patients, the following applies: More than 48 hours’ notice – You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. Deposits can be credited to a future appointment or refunded. 24–48 hours’ notice – Your deposit will be forfeited. At our discretion, the deposit may be transferred to a new booking. Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance – The full treatment cost may be charged, and deposits are forfeited. Future bookings may be refused until outstanding balances are cleared. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out the full treatment. In such cases, the deposit will still be forfeited. Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances We recognise that unexpected events (such as illness or bereavement) can occur. In these circumstances, we may waive the above charges at our discretion. Supporting evidence may be requested. Clinic-Initiated Changes If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g. due to practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances), your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new booking. Please note that we cannot refund any travel or accommodation costs. Policy Acknowledgement By booking an appointment—whether online, by phone, or in person—you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. Compliance This policy is written in line with English law and professional standards for aesthetic nursing, ensuring clear communication, fairness, and safety for all patients. The Nurse Practitioner Clinic reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with the most recent version available on our website.
