Polynucleotides Eye
Target fine lines, crepiness and dark circles with powerful under-eye skin regeneration
Service Description
Polynucleotides are one of the most advanced skin regeneration treatments available, and the delicate under-eye area responds particularly well to this type of therapy. This treatment uses highly purified DNA fragments to stimulate healing, collagen production and deep hydration within the tissues — improving dark circles, fine lines, crepey skin and overall under-eye quality. At The Nurse Practitioner Clinic, all treatments are performed by an NMC-registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner, following UK clinical and safety guidelines. What this treatment can help with: Under-eye hollowness caused by poor skin quality (not volume loss) Fine lines and crepiness Mild puffiness or tired-looking eyes Dark circles caused by thinning skin General loss of elasticity and hydration How it works: Polynucleotides act as a biostimulator. Once injected into the under-eye area, they: Improve cellular repair: Enhance fibroblast activity (collagen + elastin production) Increase hydration by attracting water to the tissues Reduce inflammation and improve skin brightness over time This is not a filler — it works by restoring the skin’s natural architecture rather than adding volume. Treatment plan: A course is essential for optimal results. 3 sessions, spaced 2–3 weeks apart Maintenance every 6–12 months, depending on individual skin needs Results continue to improve for several months after the final session Downtime - Minimal. You may experience: Pin-prick marks for 24–48 hours Very mild swelling for 1–2 days Bruising (occasionally) Most clients return to normal activities immediately. Pain: Mild. The area is numbed beforehand using topical anaesthetic. Appointment duration: Approximately 30 minutes. Who is this treatment suitable for? Adults seeking natural, needle-based eye rejuvenation Clients who are not suitable for tear trough filler Those wanting a regenerative alternative with extremely low complication risk Skin types 1–6 A full medical consultation is carried out before treatment to ensure clinical suitability. Price £200 per session Package pricing is available.
